It took me a bit to think about what I wanted to say about this woman, Stephanie Seacat. I saw a flyer that she was a realtor in our area of Greyhawk and gave her a call. When we started working with Stephanie we shared with her that we were living on the Atlantic side of Florida but wanted to relocate to the Gulf side, particularly Lakewood Ranch area. We moved from Northern Virginia to Lakewood Ranch, Florida in August 2020. Stephanie Seacat is a very professional real estate agent. She truly goes over and above in everything she does. Her advertising is amazing, and top-notch. She did fantastic videos and photo shoots of my home which I am sure made a huge difference in the sale. Worked with Stephanie on the sale of our home in Bradenton. Nothing is ever straightforward and to be frank, we made it more complex than necessary by negotiating a long closing date so that kids could complete their academic year. Then Covid hit. Stephanie was cool, collected, and professional and went to the limits of her capacity to ensure all parties stayed in lock step throughout the extended closing during a challenging time to sell homes.
